We set our own standard! We try our best to distinguish ourselves from the traditional Taiwanese suppliers, who merely produce goods that only match with their client's requirement. We are trying to produce goods, which not only match with our client's standard, but also with our own quality standard.
How to achieve that! How to do that! During the setting up a quality control system for our production, we did a "role playing game", our quality control procedure was reviewed under the code name: "if we were the customers, what quality we need comparing with what we paid". This kind of quality awareness mind set has been deeply rooted in our management level. During ISO accreditation, without hesitation, we have been arguing with our inspector that every procedure we adopted in our quality control is a must, which should not be omitted.
What's more on the story? Besides of the above, at the very beginning of our cocoon stage, we are luckily enough to meet with a customer whose stringent quality standard has been famous at international level. They showed us how to set up a quality control system, which produce products up to their requirement. That enables us to encounter with the criteria of how to set up a quality standard and how to reach theirs requirement. From thereon, we sometimes got involve to solve their quality problem, or refinement of their microphone gooseneck and adapter. Afterward, the path toward a quality orientated production procedure is easily smoothened out. We are now acted as their far east Asia quality control center, and start to share our own stringent quality control system for all our customers.

IQC --> IPQC --> OQC --> QA. This quality procedure enables our company keep evolving in a continuous growing stage, from planning, to implementation, to verification and Emendation.
Our final Goal
The last, but not the least, for all the effort we spent on our quality control procedure, our service promise, our self-indicting stringent standard, we have one agenda in mind - become a respected and conscientious manufacturer, feedback to our customers and ourselves, in order to achieve a win win situation between us.
